I have a leaking Strut. It was not replaced. I know it’s not on Michael. Why would you not fight for the replacement of a leaking strut? It’s defective.

It was my first time taking my car that I bought new through your dealership. I made it clear that I wasn't aware of the process and instead of being informed that I had to go up to the cashiers area of the service desk to collect my paperwork and then take it to a valet person to get my car back I ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes wondering where my car was. I also didn't know that I could get a car was there after it was serviced and only found out because one of the valet people commented on how dirty my car was and asked why didnt I ask to get it washed. All that info would have been nice to know.
