I don't think they took the time to service my car , they said it would be 2 hours or more it took about 45 minutes, there were scratches on my car , I told them the tire on driver side needed air , they didn't put air in it , they usually take pictures, they didn't, I asked for ride home , I didn't get it , had to ask what happened, he said he will check , then he said he would see if my car was ready , he said 20 min
I had been there about 30 min , so why was my car ready so soon

Eduardo is awesome. Problem is two fold-1- sales rep totally lied about the charging stations being free for a year and there are 12 in Henderson. He is no longer at your dealership . Biggest issue is #2. When my wife and I traded in the hybrid rav 4 for this ezb4 all electric Sam the finance mgr closed the deal . My wife and I specifically said-“I want the highest protection so if the is a tire that needs to be replaced, door ding, scratch on car, window **** chip/crack …. Or anything I want 100% of the car covered”. Since I am leasing the vehicle thru my company I didn’t want any additional expense other than the monthly pay! Then Sam increased the payment by $70 or so to accommodate my request. I went in to the dealership yesterday with a nail in my back left tire. I was then told that I didn’t have the coverage described above! I went to talk to Sam and said I am sure there’s a glitch in the system and my paperwork is not reflecting what I purchased. Sam was dismissive and rude and said that I only purchased Gap coverage. Wtf- I told him that was not the case and re told the story above. He said and I am quoting word for word- “ I would have sold u all that stuff because that’s how I make money. I should have been more forceful because that car you bought is a ****. But you wanted it so I sold it to you.” At this point, unless there is some sort of correction, I will never step foot in your dealership again and never buy a car from you again. I have been lied to and ripped off at every turn from the sales guy to your finance mgr. The only good guy there is Eduardo. I own a company and would never treat my customers the way You have treated me. My # is ****-****-xxxx. Call with any sort of solution.
