There was oil spill on all the side off the engine where you fill the engine oul cap and it was not cleaned and i was not told about it

Every other service person I have had texts, calls, as well as come up to me in person that my vehicle is ready for pick up. I understand that my phone was not on do not disturb, however, I was right next to this service member and he did not one state that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Did not even ask if I needed a ride or if I would be staying.
