Juan was very helpful in expressing the need for various services needed by my Corolla. He greeted me with a smile and was thoroughly knowledgeable about Toyota. Explaining payment options, discounts and walked me to waiting room and offered free coffee bar and rides to your home. He is a great asset to Wilson Toyota.

I was told I’d have a free oil change when I bought my truck from this dealership. Then I arrive and get told that the air filter will still cost money, that I can understand. I got quoted $112 before the service. A bit high, even considering labor but a charge I was comfortable with. When I went to check out the final charge was $150, a $38 increase from the original quote. On top of that, I was told it would take an hour and a half to 2 hours for the oil change. After 2 hours I asked how much longer it would be and got met with a sarcastic “Oh no, that’s terrible”. Not from Jesus, but one of the coworkers at the dealership. Quite frankly I felt very slighted by the service, the false quote, and the attitude of the dealership. There was also black stains left on my passenger seat. I will not be returning to this dealership for any reason.

they did a hard reset to the computer. when I picked up my vehicle the computer was blank, which I have to download everything again, I’m bad with technology that I couldn’t do it. I ask for help and an associate that was there was trying to help me, but he also couldn’t do it. so he when inside to let the advisor Kelly, and she came out to help me. also they didn’t put a sticker to my car for the next oil change is due. they not even took the old sticker. so now I’m question me if they did the oil chance.
