Se supone que tenía cita programada y no me atendieron, llego más gente y los atendieron primero, paso media hora y me bajé a reclamar y sólo así me dieron el servicio diciendo que con quien tenía la cita no estaba, entonces para que programan con alguien que no estará, segundo, pedí el servicio de transporte para no estar esperando ahí y me dijeron que esperaría más en esperar el transporte que en lo que me entregaban mi camioneta, dije está bien y pasó la hora que dijeron que tardaría, una hora y media y 2 horas y hasta que salí a ver que pasaba metieron mi camioneta al servicio, me hicieron esperar 2 horas y media para realizarle un servicio de 20 minutos, entiendo el que haya más gente, pero el problema es que no hablen con la verdad y hagan perder a uno el tiempo en la agencia pudiendo irme por mi cuenta si me lo hubieran dicho desde un principio. En fin, pésima experiencia.
