I have always been satisfied w the work done on the vehicle at the service department. The only comment is that the time required for the service was not reasonable. If you make an appointment for an oil change and given a time, then it shouldn’t be 3 hours waiting. For an oil change, seems unreasonable. It doesn’t change that I will still take the vehicle to Wilson’s Toyota for service but just giving a comment.
