I think my first visit to David Wilson Toyota took place in 2018. Eduardo Aguilar has been taking care of my 2004 Tundra for six (6) years since then. Eduardo provides the information so that I can make informed decisions and plan for future work when it’s needed. Eduardo showed me two videos as he explained the options available to me during this recent visit. I might be changing to synthetic oil during the Tundra’s next oil change or to the products shown in the two videos. I tried one of them this visit. I appreciate having options. I also appreciate the mechanics and the relationship between technician and mechanic. There lies within your quality assurance. Words like professional, personable, integrity, respect, informative, knowledgeable, collaborative, responsive … customer service … are still meaningful today. Leaving each visit feeling that my family is safe in the Tundra means the world to me.
