I checked in at 11:10am and was told the oil change would take 1.5 hours so rather than take the shuttle home and sharing the ride with others and the possibility of being dropped off last, then possibly needing to turn around and head right back, I opted to wait. I was told I would receive text messages updating me on the progress. At 1:11p, 2 hours of waiting and now assuming completion is within minutes away I finally get the very first text update. It said the shop is running a little behind on time. (2hours is a
little?) So at 1:57p i receive a text that the vehicle is finally done, but allow 15-20 more min for paperwork to be ready. So now we are looking at 2:20p, 3hours later, what happened to 1.5hrs? Had I known, I would have opted for the shuttle ride knowing I would have a ride back by that time and not to mention better use of 3hrs

Diagnostic failed to identify the actual issue. I paid for a battery that I doubt I needed. Your quote for the actual issue was almost twice what I got with another vendor. They are giving me a new battery, not your refurbishment approach. Overall you lost my business when your team failed to identify the obvious problem during the diagnostic
I’m still pissed that when we purchased our 23 venza we were not told that we have to pay a subscription for the gps!!!! Should have kept our 21!!! Not sure why my passenger seat was played all the way down and on the way home I checked my tire pressure and none were the same between 3 and 4 psi difference! , my adviser was great, met me when I pulled up ,
