Greetings. Recently I went to the dealership because a piece of paint on my car, which I just bought a month ago, was chipped. As I mentioned before, my car is only a month old. The Toyota team inspected it and told me it's not covered by the warranty. I think it's disrespectful and very poor management on their part to have to assume the costs for a factory defect. Please, I ask that you reevaluate the case, because it doesn't seem fair to me. I hope we can resolve this issue as soon as possible. Best Regards. Ernesto M

Alex is excellent service writer. I took it for regular oil change and rotate tires. They change my oil they forget to rotated the tires. Alex apologize told me to bring it back the next day. Isn't hid fault.

I always have a great experience when I work with Jesus Alejandro Jimenez at Toyota of Las Vegas. He’s an excellent communicator. Even when the news isn’t exactly what I was hoping to hear, he explains everything clearly and with genuine care. On my most recent visit, the service department found a few additional challenges beyond what I originally came in for. Thankfully, all of them were covered under my warranty, which was a huge relief. Jesus also went out of his way to offer me a rental car through Toyota multiple times, making sure I would be comfortable while my car was being serviced. I didn’t need it this time since I had my own accommodations, but I really appreciated the offer and the thoughtfulness behind it. Even if there’s a delay, I always leave confident that my car is in good hands because of Jesus. He makes the whole experience smooth, stress-free, and positive. I highly recommend asking for him. You’ll be glad you did.

I had to summit the car twice for a for a wheel alignment it was just under $130 but I am not expecting it to be perfect I can still fill a slight pull and I was told that they changed the tires to see if it would help and I'm feeling that pull.

Last time was a horrible experience. Yesterday I got my vehicle and the maintenance alert was still on. I was trying to find someone and one of the employees that works bringing the cars over started honking. No patience at all. If the people would do their job correctly I wouldn’t have to wait and get off again. I will not be returning to this Toyota. I don’t trust the service department anymore.

No one told me that you can only drop off within 10 miles. When I made the appointment, I specifically requested to be dropped off at home and the representative told me that it was not a problem. When we got there, I was told that they can’t drop us off because it’s over 10 miles. If I knew that, I would have planned differently.

It has already happened. I was not expecting it, I didn’t plan to trade in my car, though it was scrapped, I was going to repair it. I have only 13 months left on the loan. And I was looking forward to enjoy the car without any loan, then you guys calculated my equity and decided to take advantage of it, you are not paying for whole loan, you were only paying the remaining 13 months, and I have to pay another 35 months on the new car, you know it’s frustrating to think you are doing me a favor when you are not. I just came in to have me tali light fixed, now I have an extra $130 additional expenses I have to deal with, why do you guys prey on the elderly people?
