I arrived at the dealership and spoke with Jesus Jimenez about two parts on the console that were cracked by the shifter. He said I'll order the parts. A few weeks later I arrived and waited four hours. When they called me to pick up the vehicle they removed the two new parts and said they would not covered by the warranty.2024 Tundra TRD Pro with 13k miles. Jesse Gray would not talk to me and never called as promised. Hid behind his desk and told Jesus to say he was at meetings. I've been lied to and a huge waist of my time five hours with driving from Summerlin. What the hell kind of service department are you running here. Eric D

Eduardo and Vinny are awesome. The lies and misrepresentation from the initial sales rep and the finance mgr Sam is very hard to get past. Dan said and I quote “ it’s not my fault you bought a **** car”! I am not making one of those words up. I am a business owner and have hundreds of clients. The lies about the “ free Electric charge” for the first year … “ you will not pay a dime for anything on this car for 36 months. Car dings, maintenance, window cracks, brakes…I would pay nothing for 3 yrs til I turned the car in after the lease is up. San lied just like the sales guy that is now fired. I’m sitting here with a car that , from ur finance guy is a ****, and have no way out. If the upper mgmt would like to talk u can reach me here or call at ****-****-xxxx . If not I will unleash an on line slaughter of your company. And from what I’ve experienced you deserve it
I used to receive check sheet showing how my car checked out...air in tires, tread left on tires, brakes ect. I commute a long distance. I feel more comfortable going to a dealership that provides this. I will reconsider having service done in the future with you.

The front lip spoiler on passenger side is been scratched I noticed like around 6pm the car was parked on my garage when I noticed lip is all scratched try to call to report this incident but it was closed
