First of all you guys tried to charge me almost 300 dollars for a diagnostic but never contact me and told me what was wrong with it or have any communication have all the calls saved then barely tell me my original service advisor got fired and lost my documents had my car for almost a month and have nothing to show for it never coming to this Toyota ever again I understand they couldn’t work on it until my warranty cleared but it took them almost a month to let me know that like come on you need to work better on communication with your customers.
