Takes hours to get a oil change when I could go to jiffy lube or any other place for an oil change and be in and out in 15 minutes

Took too long for a tire rotation. They didn’t let me know my service had expired. By a few days. I have asked 3 times to be taken off the call list!!! Still getting calls… even calls about cars I don’t own and never did!?!?? Should I go on!??use to love your service… but not so much anymore!!

Had an appointment, but still waited 3 hours for my vehicle to be serviced with just a tire rotation and multi point inspection. Did not get any updated while waiting. I requested a new service manager because previous one was just as bad at communicating and wait times. I'm no longer taking my vehicle to be serviced at this location.
Jovan’s patience and thorough advice and recommendations were well received. His assistance in helping us get the best value for the needed repairs was outstanding. Furthermore, he delivered timely communication throughout the repair process and ensured all repairs were completed ahead of schedule.
