I took my truck in for an oil change and I picked it up drive it home and there was oil and scratches all over my front . So I called the service rep and keeper getting pushed around your call center and his voicemail so I had to pay to get it cleaned and polished out I bought my 2025 Tacoma from you guys and my wife bought her 2025 4Runner from Findlay Toyota at the auto mall and the same day I took my truck to you guys to service is the same day section her 4runner to service there at Findlay she had 5 star service I do have videos and pics of the damage that had to be fixed needles to say I will never buy another Toyota from your place I will take my business to Findlay . If you want to see the video and pics please let me know it looked like it was done deliberately because I just can’t see that type of damage be over looked after the service was done you guys are not worth my time and business for me to chase you guys down for a complaint so I just fixed it on my own and never go there again or buy anything from there Findlay will get all my business witch is a lot if you do your home work and take a look at what me and my wife buys from Toyota . I can see now why Findlay is number one have a blessed day????????????????????????
I arrived at 0728 for a 0730 appointment. I waited 22 minutes before I could leave. On my return around 1225 I was told via text that my paperwork was at the cashier. I waited 20 minutes at the cashiers line to pay however when getting to the front of the line my paperwork was missing. The manager ended up printing it and I paid quickly then drove to an important meeting only to find out my client left 8 minutes prior to my arrival. Missed a potential 1.3 million real estate deal. I have been in cleanup mode ever since with this important client. Bottom line is your customer service is 3rd world. Having lived in Japan for years Toyota Japan would have fired your entire service team.

First estimate for time of service was 2 hrs but service was 4 hrs. One service rep was totally rude, not Juan. When asked about my car he said the service rep that took care of my car didn’t work here anymore which he assumed I was stupid for asking. I don’t want to get that kind of indifference so I will try not to visit your dealership anymore. Juan was nice but hard to find. The skinny guy with glasses was bothered with my concern about my car. Thanks for the lack of concern and worrying me about the service rep not working there anymore.
Hybrid coolant reservoir was not topped off and is closer to the minimum, then it is the maximum fill line.
Everything was good no complaints
The service adviser didn’t pay attention to my appointment details and I sat there for a while waiting for them to take my car to service it I had to track her down to find out what was going on.
I don’t like the text messages about what the mechanics found that needed to be done I felt very disconnected and like you guys think we the customer is ready to just fall for your tactics if up sales!
Too long to wait both at check in and check out.
