Although the service representative appeared kind and attentive there were several details of the service that were missed even after being reminded more than once. - I requested two times that the cabin air filter not be changed since I recently changed it with an expensive K&M filter. My filter was replaced with a standard air filter. I found this out because I asked again when I picked up my car and asked the Toyota service rep to retrieve my air filter. - I requested for the car to be washed after service. When I picked up my car from the agent I asked if it was washed, and he used his winder to wipe the dirt off the car, shrugged and said "I don't know" then walked away. - I forgot to mention to the service rep that my AppleCar Play has error messages, and called the service line to speak to a representative since I was not able to get a hold of my original agent. She expressed to me that she would be able to put the notes in my file for service to review the AppleCar play along with other notes I forgot to mention during initial drop off. She was very kind and reassuring on the phone. During pick up my original service agent mentioned there were no notes in my file and that calls are often not taken in house. He apologized and expressed I would have to come back another time to get everything fixed. - The recall I initially came to get repaired was not able to be done since they did not have the parts available. It would have been more efficient if parts were secured before the appointment. Overall I am disappointed with the attention to detail, follow-through, and problem solving abilities. I typically have positive experiences from beginning to end with David Wilson Toyota. If this stand continues I will take my business elsewhere.

I was not informed approximately 8 hours as to what was wrong with my car. I had to call to find out. That is not like my usually service for the last nine years. I wasn’t told how much my service was to cost me. I appreciate the man at the payment desk when I came to pick it up. He went over my bill and explained it all to me. That’s the service I am used to.

No me gustó porque espere demasiado tiempo 4 horas para un cambio de aceite llegue desde las 10:30am y salí alas 2:45pm aparte de eso no me cambiaron el filtro el filtro es el mismo perdí demasiado tiempo y a mi carro no se le siente que le ayan hecho nada el filtro esta todo sucio no lo cambiaron me estube 4 horas esperando muy mal servicio espero que para la próxima no se tarden tanto y si cambien y cheque bien mi carro ojalá que por lo menos me compensen algo por el tiempo que perdí y porcelana mal servicio porque no le hicieron nada a mi carro muy mal servicio

On the worksheet it was 35 psi on my tires , but , when I went home and checked again my tire pressure it was only 32 psi , so , what’s going on . And then I was promised a touch up paint , when we purchased the Camry coz there’s some chips on the paint , so the service advisor told me he’s going to give me one , six months later and first service, nothing, then I was told by another service advisor that , maybe on my next service, that’s six months from now ! Wow !
