The servicemen didn't think I spoke enough Spanish to hear them calling me fat girl in Spanish over and over and over and referring to me As fat girl Or should I say gourda.. this team didn't know what Wheels was what part was or had to handle me at all this is only my third date they were terrible they were supposed to make a key they course me into other services be my third dad and I was supposed to do it just needed a key after waiting 2 hours for a key the key still wasn't there so I had to wait another hour for a key causing me to be paid 3 hours overtime that I wasn't approved for I will be paid for it but it's pain in the ****. Stephanie's needing more training in public mannerisms mostly. Don't assume that just because I'm white I don't speak Spanish I could speak seven languages for all they know but never English would they call me fat girl to my face.. I really just believe it should be escalated to a higher whatever cuz I was extremely offended and pissed off by it I said they're quiet and never said anything about it hanging referred to me as fat girl fat girl fat girl thinking they don't understand

I came in for an Oil change my appointment was at 4:30 PM ended up leaving the dealer 30 minutes before 7 PM! For a simple oil change i shouldn’t have waited that much

I've been a long time customer. One of the main reasons I'm still a customer is Mike McDermott. He's professional, attentive, and helpful. Any issue I have or concern I raise, he addresses in a timely fashion. While no one enjoys having to have a vehicle repaired or even serviced, I least get to enjoy my interactions with Mike.
