The job was completed ahead of schedule. I’m grateful for the shuttle that took me home and then came and got me when my car was ready. Both the service manager, Roberto, and the shuttle driver were very congenial and thoughtful. Thank you so much!

My only issues were outside of Kelly’s control. The tire valves weren’t replaced covers were left off and I don’t like the aesthetic. The other issue was my service request says 20,000 miles when I came in for the 5,000 mile check. I didn’t want to negatively impact her servey for things outside of her control.

When I scheduled my appointment I asked no hat to be placed on my roof and no car wash. The advisor was told no hat and insisted to place one on. Another employee placed a hat on my vehicle. I later looked and it has a scratch from the hat on my roof. Very dissatisfied

You just want to squeeze money out of us. I've already taken the car in twice for the same noise when I reverse, but you say it's nothing. I hope nothing happens to me or my wife. Since I refuse to pay for things that have nothing to do with the problem I brought the car in for, you don't do anything to the car. So if something happens to us, we'll sue you for negligence.

Is the 3 time I take to the service and the mechanic forget or fack something,a service for the car broke a couple blocks away is bad is the last time I take to service to that dealership
