I don't like Elmer Navas costumer service
Work was done, was surprised it was done in less than an hour. Thank you. But I think you should have your TV’s on, on the game show channel.
Yesterday I went to the dealership for a routine oil change and tire rotation, something I’ve done many times without any issues. During the inspection, I was told that they found a blade in one of my tires and that it needed to be replaced immediately for about $385. They explained that it was a safety risk and that the tire could not be repaired.
I decided not to replace the tire at that moment and only continued with the regular service. However, when it was time to pay, another uncomfortable situation happened. In the system, they showed me a total price of $150 for the oil change and tire rotation. Then the employee applied a $30 discount. But a few minutes later, another employee came running and said that the discount did not apply to me and that my correct price was $150. In the end, I paid around $155, which was confusing and unprofessional.
After leaving the dealership, I went to an independent tire shop to get a second opinion. To my surprise, they inspected the tire and confirmed that it was in good condition, there was no damage or puncture, and that it did not need to be replaced.
This experience was very disappointing. I felt that I was pressured to purchase an unnecessary and expensive service, and there was also a lack of transparency and consistency with the basic service charges. I have always trusted dealerships for their honesty and professionalism, but this situation created a lot of distrust.
I strongly recommend that other customers always get a second opinion before approving major repairs.

Victor and his team were very attentive. I arrived to receive a battery for my key fob. He then noticed my tire pressure was low. He offered to fill up my tires and noticed there was a nail in one of them. I'm so grateful, plus they were able to take care of it very quickly.

I dropped my truck for service then Roberto told me your vehicle have a leak on the cooling system and I left my truck to be fix,he called me on Saturday to pick up my car but I was at work so I pick up my truck Monday morning and my way home I feel the truck was shaking so I return to the shop right away and I am waiting for my truck
I thought it was great that they showed me a video of what they did with the car, but I would have liked to have seen them draining the oil in the video, also.
