El vehículo se entregó sin realizar el servicio de mantenimiento programado para ese día. Se tomaron aproximadamente 2 horas para echar aire a los neumáticos delanteros, defecto que nunca ha sido solucionado desde casi el mismo momento de su compra(9 de julio de 2925, y no el 16 como intencionalmente y por conveniencia plasmaron en la segunda ocasión en que fui citado al concesionario, según ustedes para disminuir el monto del pago mensual, pero en realidad fue para cambiar el sistema de venta y por ende fisminuí el monto mensual). El personal que te atiende no es sincero, son deshonestos, son muy atentos pero para engatuzarte y lograr vender lo que no deseas.
La penúltima vez que acudí por problemas en los quien tal sentido un tal Scoth midió la presión de los mismos con un instrumento defectuoso que en la mañana de ayer pudo constatar la srta que muy amable me atendió.
Son muy atentos para vender y cobrar pero muy malos, al menos conmigo, para dar solución al defecto que presentó el vehículo desde su salida de la agencia vendedora.
Sé que esta encuesta es pura formalidad y van a engavetar porque ya lo han hecho con anterioridad. Sí, con encuestas similares que he respondido y nunca me han contactado para nada, ni para decir que se tomaron el trabajo para comprobar la veracidad o no de mi dicho.

Brian was awesome. I'm new to the state and this was the first time I've needed service since moving so I wasnt sure where I should go. I was hesitant to go to the dealership because I know it can be pricey. But Brian was very friendly, transparent, and helpful. He even ensured to respond and help me right away when I had questions about my car a couple days later. I would definitely bring my car back to him for future work. The shuttle driver was also super nice and gave me lots of good info on the city as we were passing through. Definitely glad I came here.

I went in to get a type of recall job done on my car the worker with was assigned was Max. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of along with my vehicle. I felt very appreciated! He did a great job making me feel like I was his priority at all times.
