Brian was very helpful! I had been calling multiple car service providers for multiple days and decided to walk into Toyota service for my Lexus — Brian took a huge load off of my shoulders by working with me after a frustrating few days trying to get my car worked on for a reasonable price. I appreciated Brian’s time and hope to work with him again in the future if I need it again!

I was a little thrown off because when I scheduled my oil changed & ask for the price. I was told over the phone $6x so I was happy I called at the right time so I can use this special that was available. When the oil change was done & was about to pay the cashiers said $114.****!!! I mentioned that I was told that I would get special pricing that dealership had going on & they told me to take it up with my advisor. I head over back to my advisor & me tells me “I should have mentioned the special pricing before they started working on my car”. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS??!! I was very disappointed & this has been the reason why I have been going elsewhere to get my oil changes & other services. People at this dealership NEED to take some sort of mandatory Customer Service classes. The advisor then gave me a coupon for next time after he noticed I was really upset.
I was expecting a 2 hour wait. Upon arrival Michael assured me it wouldn’t be that long and true to his word it only took 55 minutes. Extremely easy transaction. Great job Micheal and thank you.
