It has been my one only good experience so far.Justin Leonard took the time to explain the plans individually and convinced me to get one.the service was grate my car was leaving the service center a lot smoother then when I first arrived. Whoever was helping me in the beginning was not genuine when I was crying to hear that this was my last oil change and that I would have to pay on the next one. Didn’t know that until I came yesterday on Thursday 2/26/26
Also he was really rude when I was trying to call my husband he was on his phone either texting someone but that’s very unprofessional.
Then to explain why it’s my last oil change because there’s suppose to be tire rotation in between.
I told him I don’t want them touching the tires because on my last vehicle 2021 Toyota someone messed up the lugs and my husband was pissed.

I still need to come back for the control panel to be installed, but Roberto has been great with the process so far. I bought the vehicle from Fletcher Jones originally. He's helped through the situation of the window not closing. Im pleased with the pricing and look forward to the install.

Brian was very helpful! I had been calling multiple car service providers for multiple days and decided to walk into Toyota service for my Lexus — Brian took a huge load off of my shoulders by working with me after a frustrating few days trying to get my car worked on for a reasonable price. I appreciated Brian’s time and hope to work with him again in the future if I need it again!
