Right when I drove up, they came in and took the car and were very polite. Mi calificación la fraccionaré en partes, pues considero deba ser así. Respecto a la atención y el servicio brindado por el señor Helmer Navas, tiene de mi parte una calificación de 5 estrellas, pues cumple con los estándares y los calificativos para su puesto, se nota su preparación y dominio de la actividad que realiza, por eso me baso para darle calificación de 5 estrellas. En cambio, respecto a la confiabilidad que le tenía a Toyota y en especial a David Wilson, cambió rotundamente, pues lo ocurrido en el día de hoy con mi auto, no los sitúa en buena posición respecto a calidad en mantenimientos, pues entregar el vehículo sin aceite en motor, es negligencia de alto grado.
