Daniel and the other staff members including the cashier were very courteous . Daniel informed me of the status of my two tires that had worn treads and how they should have been replaced. I appreciated it however I wanted to take advantage of my Veterans discount and other extended warranty offers from other tire dealers. Thanks very much for the prompt and courteous service.

Went in for a basic 15k, expected about a one hour wait, was told hour and a half and that’s okay. Ended up being 4 hours. Going to Findlay for my 20k.
Brian did a great job, especially with setting up my transport back home.

I was ok with my experience because it took double the time then it should have. It should have at most taken 2 hours for my service but it took 3 hours.
