I believe there was work done that I did not approve. I was showing a piece of paper handwritten that really did not clarify everything very well. Why would my wipers be replaced when I replace them several months ago in charge over $60 for them? Why was I charged for a loaner vehicle not happy with the service I had to say it I had been years ago for a long time.

I was quoted $1500 for 100k miles service including 3 prepaid service of $229. After MPI I was advise by my service advisor of 2 defect needing repair. The control arm has cracked and leak found on the engine plate. Revised quote went up to $7200. I told him I only have $3000 on my credit card. He advise that he can do the arm repair included to the quote for $3700. I agreed to this quote and after 7 1/2 hrs service was finally complete. When I reviewed the invoice I do not see the 3 prepaid service that should be included to the quote.I also noticed that the tires were not rotated where it is included to 100k service. I also told the service advisor to check the tire pressure warning light that is on during check in. The warning light is still on. I have been a loyal toyota service customer and often times satisfied with the service until now.

No empleados no saben el trabajo los que reciben los carros están platicando luego sale uno y dice que el es el mánager de mantenimiento solo se la lleva platicando están tardando mucho en servicio el personal qué tenían ya sabían su trabajo. Muy mal servicio ???? yo les compre 8 carros en 8 años boy a cambiar de marca saludos
