At Premier Place they sold me a car with problems, as is possible for a new car, and the transmission is already failing. I have taken it there on several occasions and they do not fix anything, they just make me waste my time because I have taken it there twice and they do not fix anything, the car is still the same or worse.
Last week was so busy at DWTOLV, so Dan Rossey was able to book my appt for 07/30/2024, for my HIGHLANDER RECALL & also we got in fuel injector cleaning w/ 21 point inspection.
I'm happy.
Cuando lleve la hilander a cambiar la llanta me lleve la sorpresa de que me entregaron la camioneta asta las 7:00 pm y ademas me pierdan el candado tube el mismo problema con otra llanta y cuando quise poner la refacción no encuentro el candado la llevo un sábado y me toman la orden que no tiene la llanta asta el lunes la regreso el lunes y mela entrego asta las 5 dele tarde les digo que va a pasar con el candado si lo van a reponer y que lleve la camioneta el martes perdí dos días de trabajo por su gran servicio y lo único que me van a decir es o sorry lo siento mucho

Everything was quick and nice everyone helped me through my first maintenance visit
I had an urgent situation. I got an appointment with Mike right away, and not only did he get right back to with what the problem was, he advised me of some other issues that required attention. My car was all fixed within a day and I felt well-taken care of.
Mike was training a guy named Brian who assisted with the intake of the car. 5 stars to both of them. Brian was friendly, welcoming, and seems very good with people. I'm glad his potential was noticed as he is a great part of your team. Mike was efficient, knew his job well, and was an example of toyota's excellence. The free latte while I waited for my service was the cherry on top. Thank you guys.
Dan was very helpful and suggested I do an oil change in Sept my last coverage before my 2 years is up.
Always goes beyond expectations !!!
The service took over 3 hours and I had to end up asking if my car was ready after receiving a text saying it was. The message said to wait 15-20 minutes for the paperwork to be ready and that I would be contacted to go get my car. The specialist I had walked by me repeatedly and never told me my car was ready after I waited another hour after the text. So no I was not satisfied if the service .
They were very helpful and right on time thank you
The service advisor Benny did not call me back when service was ready.
