Dan Rossey,is one of the best and accommodating service agent.Some of the people that know had left and gone.The only negative side of it,service mechanics fee is just too much.Dan Rossey is very accommodating.Mechanics need to always double check what they are working on after all they charges too much and I always ended up bringing my car back due to some technical problem.It happens allv the time.This is Toyota Service Center, and I believe every client deserve a well deserve service from all your mechanics.Customer's life is at stake here if it is not done properly.I have too many cases that i have experience.No really very happy but I still keep coming back to have my car service and keep bringing but back if something is off.

Happy with service. Dan R kept me informed on status and recommended service. I was a waiting customer and getting vehicle serviced properly was also important. Only negative feedback was sales staff calling me and asking about trading in my vehicle. I only came in to get my vehicle serviced.

Eduardo was not friendly at all also didn't show any interest to help me or explain any of the process or aware of my situation he didn't care. Other than that the cafeteria is wonderful

I asked for rear wiper blade to be replaced asked status of brakes, and rotors and tentative maintenance repairs as vehicle will be taken to New York next year, too to update Edwin over Sue on vehicle as my wife passed away. The oil change price yes great deal, recall work on bumper thank you.
