Horn was working when I brought it in, no longer working. Shouldn't that have been noticed considering all the honking the valets and techs do as they are moving cars around?

When I got my oil changed there last week I was sent a recommendation of my front brakes and rotors replaced. I responded I accept the price and recommendation but would have to make it for next day . Also wanted to get a price from someone else. Went to Meineke got a price of $380.00 and that they only replace rotors and brake pads. Went to 2 other Companies/ Big O Tires and Firestone . $350 & 399.00.. I have pictures of what was sent to me and my approval to get Brakes and replace Rotors. I need this to be fixed. Feel like a bait n switch. Not happy as I have in writing from Wilson Toyota.
