Everything was all good, just once I received my car I noticed that my dashcam was unplugged. I found it really weird since I keep it on for my safety but it seems like an associate didn’t like that idea and unplugged it once I received my car.

Came not only for the 30k service but to have the defect on the roof fixed but it was forgotten. Good thing that when the Sienna was returned to me I checked the rubber on the roof and found out that nothing was done to it. When I confronted Eduardo about it he scheduled me to return.

Your manager is a clown who wouldn’t honor a Toyota coupon so he has cost you a long term client. As a business owner I am glad to pass this on because if I had an incompetent manager in my ranks Inwould want to know. I will be buying my next Toyota at another dealership and will never bring a car in to service at your location again.

Everything was fine , the service was excellent !
Benny did an awesome job with my Tundra repairs. And he will do even better once he is able make executive discissions about repairs needed under warranty without the car's owners having to ask sales managers for repair approvals.
