I took my car for a service /oil change, requested tires rotation spent 4 hours at the dealer and today I received a call from Toyota letting me know that the service for and oil change never happened and have to return to get it done. So , no, not happy!

My boyfriend and I arrived 15 minutes late for our complimentary service scheduled at 4:45pm, due to traffic. Jesus came out and said all mechanics were tapped out for the evening and that they were too full to take another vehicle. We were so confused because oil changes don’t even take that long. And Jesus said, “you need to be here on the dot at 4:45.” So we went to try to reschedule, but the lady at the desk said, “who told you to reschedule?” and was very confused herself. She got up to talk to Jesus but we turned around and he was trying to get our car serviced. Like huh? Do you have time or not? We also mentioned to the lady if she can ask him to check our cabin filter because our car has been having this mildew smell since we bought it brand new. Jesus waved us down to check out and we also asked him about the mildew smell. He was trying to dodge having any sort of communication with us and said, “I never heard of that before.” …obviously he doesn’t know about cars either. We would just appreciate if we can check in and talk to someone professional and knows about standard vehicle protocols instead of being dodgey and talking down on customers. If you’re not happy at Toyota, go somewhere else.

Not Jerry's fault, of you read my previous message, it was a screwed up appointment overall! Next time, if there is a next time, I will demand details up front! My wife and I wasted the majority of the day based on a routine service appointment that could have been accomplished without dedicated most of the day for a routine appointment!

I have been to David Wilson Toyota at least 100 times for 3 vehicles. Never has my Uber cars EVER broken down. I goto the Most reliable Dealership in the valley. Sincerely A.D, Uber driver for 7 Years, 56,000 rides and 700,000 miles. Jesus was very polite and listened. Thanks David Wilson for caring.

Questionable business practices. Was quoted $150 for a single FOB which included the programming. Was charged $300 ($100 for FOB $200 for programming) per the service writer. He informed me that I received one FOB free for the $300. Reality is I don’t need two FOBs. Shady business practices when you customer is quoted one price and charged another.
