You can bet your **** I will be shouting from every rooftop what a joke this management is. I believe Toyota vehicles are of the best on our planet. A dealership of fine machinery should not be trusted in the hands of such incompetance

Everything was all good, just once I received my car I noticed that my dashcam was unplugged. I found it really weird since I keep it on for my safety but it seems like an associate didn’t like that idea and unplugged it once I received my car.

Came not only for the 30k service but to have the defect on the roof fixed but it was forgotten. Good thing that when the Sienna was returned to me I checked the rubber on the roof and found out that nothing was done to it. When I confronted Eduardo about it he scheduled me to return.
