For an il change and fluids, $600! Way too high!!! Dropped off our truck at noon and left the dealership at 4:10 pm after being told an hour and a half. All day waiting and completely overcharged! Asked for a check on a rattling noise and was told $200 for a diagnosis. Will not come back after spending that much money and taking our whole day off.

My experience the several times I’ve visited David Wilson Toyota has not been the greatest since service manger EJ has left. There is a lack of communication and excellent customer service. There is one young man name BRYAN who is not a service guy but helps with cars upon arrival for service. He's Always kind and very helpful. He does not ignore the costumers and treat customers with excellent customer service. I’ve come on several occasions been ignored or push from place to place. BRYAN has help me on several occasions .
I observed on each visit some of the unprofessionalism and deficient customer service.

The service was absolutely horrible!!! I was there for 5 dam hours. Oil change and break pads. Oil change was done and then they said my break pads were fine. They looked at them and they were bad, which I already knew that which is why I put it down on my service too. I paid over a thousand dollars, if I had received great service like the other customers were getting it wouldn’t bother me. I wasn’t offered any drinks or snacks like the other waiting customers were. I kept receiving false alerts about when my car would be finished and when it was ready it took them forever to bring it up. I don’t want someone else to have to experience the same thing as I did
As per my scheduled appointment I went back to David Wilson Toyota Las Vegas yesterday at 9am only to be told at noon that more time was needed to fix the moulding. Another appointment was set on Monday, September 9. I have no choice but to wait since I was not offered a car.
Jesus was very friendly and did a great job providing me with the information I needed on my vehicle. I always have a great experience when ever I visit your establishment. Satisfied customer.
