Your technicians forgot to put my oil cap on my car after an oil change and left it just under my hood with no care. My car was leaking oil due to your technicians not following standard operating procedure for a simple oil change. I will be going to the manager and corporate

Thank you Jovan and Jesse for taking care of my 2003 Tacoma Double Cab SR5 V6 Truck which I bought 22 Years ago from Fletcher Jones which is now Dave Wilson’s Las Vegas Toyota. I can’t say enough about how you handled the problems. Very thoughtful and professional and I want you to know how much I appreciate it.
