I was not happy with the man who took my car into service. When the car was ready he texted me and told me to go to the cashier. All the other times the person would come in the show room and say your car is ready. I also spoke to him about a part that was broken. He never said a word about it. I must say he was not like the other service guys I have had in the past. I had to wait about two hours because they were backed up so the service man said. Lastly, they use to wash the car, now no car wash. What is happening?
