Your service mgr. Should specify or close to finished my car service i brought car T 10:30 am i think she forget or what ? I have to call and follow up with here no explanation why it took it so long.. i missed my personal appointment .. just to fair with her she explain deltails when talking to her client she should make that receiver understand you can truly feel that she does not posses the sincererity in here job she needs to practice more to Customer service . Corporate spend lots of money in Marketing and advertisement but within the staff must posses the qualities of the position required. I had been with David Wilson where are the previous service manager? Maybbe if i did not follow my car might be in Svc center over night. My day off are precious every hour like you time Management.

Very slow to get to me. She did not go over what services are provided on the 1 year service. She was very quick to take me to checkout. But she did get me scheduled for more service Monday

my son brought the car at his appt time 2:00 pm.. it wasn’t done until 6:00 pm.. my son came home and I thought the problem of the car was fix but he told me that it wasn’t fix and to bring it to Nissan ..and was charged for $200. my son waited for 4 hours .. but now I have to bring it to Nissan .. waste of time ..

My appointment was a 11am and I saw my car been taking in at 12:45 for a simple tune up with an appointment so 2:30 hours of waiting it was just horrible.
