Came and spent 800+ on my 30k service and yall couldnt even wash my truck. Edwardo asked me if i wanted it washed and i said yes and i saw him put it on the tablet and when i get my truck , no wash..findlay always washed my truck...

I was there for a oil change,but I was there to sell my truck but they never took the time to help me in till 4 hours later when I was paying for my oil change very disappointed they didn’t took the time to help at out in till 4 hours later when I was already paying for the oil change,unacceptable no apology or nothing just walk out from there
Michael was extremely professional even though he was dealing with a death in the family. He documented the visit and has the service manager follow up on my concerns.

Amazing service with a great attitude
I was charged for a diagnostic and there when I called with questions, I never received a call back. I feel like they already knew I needed an oil pump and told me my 2018 Toyota Corolla needs a $1000 complete tear down to find out what’s the problem and now my cars oil light is still on and the diagnostic felt pointless.
