Mike was great as always. Service for oil change and wheel alignment took 3.5 hours to complete totally unacceptable. I had appointments as well. I help manage vehicle Fleet at Nellis this length of time for Service would never happen.

Brought it In because I had an oil change done at your facility and my car started leaking oil. I open the hood and there’s my oil cap sitting next to the radiator and had oil all over the engine and bottom of the hood. I took it in and was promised it’d be like new. I pick the car up there’s now a mark behind the drivers door and the hood pad is still drenched in oil and leaking. So no I wasn’t happy with my service. I have warranty packages on this and my other Toyota vehicles and it makes me want to cancel them. This is an error your employees made and now my car is ruined with oil all over my engine bay and will never be “ as new”

Waited 4 hours that eventually took 1/2 hour to complete. When I got home I found out only 1/2 of the repairs were done. I received a call from the mechanic asking if he had left an expensive tool in my ar,which I found. I called Dan and got his answering service and asked him to call me back for an appointment to finish the job. I'm still waiting for his call so the repairs can be completed.
Dan is a fantastic service rep. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
