Wasting your Customer’s time is unacceptable. This is the second time that I went back with the same issue. I’ve being told the first time I was there, that there’s no problem with the tires and no squeaking sound heard. Even the clunking sound on the engine every time I run even the smallest bump said they didn’t heard. They told me that the sound came from my stuffs INSIDE my car. That’s so ridiculous!!! Safety and satisfaction of your Customer should be the first priority. I just hope that Toyota get a very well TRAINED mechanics who will classify/know the root cause and problem of the Customer’s complains and issue. Instead of giving false information. Thank you to Jesse (Service Manager) who’s with me when we both heard the squeaking sound and took immediate action.
When I bought my car I had warranty and when I went it they said I didn’t have a warranty. So I traded in the car for a brand new one. He wasn’t nice about it either.

I appreciate that I was able to get an appointment on Monday to get my truck serviced. I also appreciate the manager and shop foreman who stayed to correct a problem that somehow wasn't noticed when the truck was brought out of the service bay. I do not appreciate being charged for a smog check when I only asked for the repair to be done, and I am disappointed that the extended service plan I have on the truck did not cover the purge valve as this was a problem already addressed with this vehicle.
The service by your service department is exceptional from our initial call to you to a successful repair the same day. We appreciate your courtesy van driver bringing us to the resort while the diagnosis and repair was done and picking us up again. We will recommend you the the Holiday Inn Desert Club and everyone needing service.

Tuve que ir tres veces:
1. Hacer cita
2. No tenían la parte.
3. Había parte, pero no mecánico, le pregunté al señor Eduardo y la respuesta que me dio fue. Que los cambios de aceite eran más rápido de hacer, cabe mencionar que yo estaba allí desde las 10.45 am. 5 horas después me mandó un mensaje diciendo que ya estaba listo que esperara 15 a 20 minutos para el papeleo. 45 minutos después tuve que buscarlo para preguntarle de nuevo, molesto me contestó que tenía que ir a recogerlo al departamento de partes. Si hubiera sabido que me iban a atender hasta esa hora mejor hubiera echo la cita para las 3 de la tarde. El trabajo tomó 20 minutos para terminarlo.
Nothing was fix , my wife was waiting for almost the all day. Then they charge her $209 for diagnostics & I ask for manager no one called me back. Terrible experience!
There must’ve been something wrong with the car wash. My car had water on it, but the car had the same streaks of window cleaner fluid etc. it was very busy at the dealership, so I went home.
