Service Advisor Michael lacked on his communication and customer service skills indeed very poorly. Service Advisor Michael stated from the beginning that everything will be taken care of since I have paid for a service maintenance fee for the next 3 auto cares, unfortunately a $200 diagnostic check fee was collected, when Michael was called to the front desk he rudely insisted the diagnostic check fee needed to be collected and when questioning him about my service fee that I paid for the next 3 auto cares, he walked away ignoring. As a customer of Toyota For this level of treatment I'm a placing a complaint and will no longer have my Toyota Camry to be serviced at your location.

I appreciated you squeezing me in for an appointment since I had an issue with my L-F power window and I was from out of town. I also appreciated the shuttle service to get us to the Strip so we could see our show and also picking us back up. The window regulator was not in stock, so the technician was able to bring the window up 90% so we could drive back to Los Angeles in relative quietness. Upon taking my car in to my normal mechanic, they noticed that not only did I need a new window regulator, the inner door handle and the L-F Window Switch Bezel was broken. They believe that when your technician opened up the door panel and brought the window up 90%, it caused these other issues. I also noticed that I am missing some decorative coverings to cover the screws on the driver side door, the push pin on the side of the door panel is partially broken, and there was a loose screw on my floor mat which I didn’t know where it belongs. I brought to my mechanic and they knew where it should go.
Was misquoted, and had to pay an extra $110 than expected. All I had done was an oil change and changed the filter and was charged $250! Ridiculous! You will not get repeat business from me.

First of all, I want to thank Mr. Nelson Díaz for all the help he provided during my visit to the Toyota facilities a few days ago for a service they did to my truck and everything was fine. Mr. Díaz was very attentive, very helpful and I am very satisfied with the results of the service that was provided to my vehicle.
