I arrived with a service coupon from your dealership—an oil and filter change with conventional oil for $64.95. My complaint is not with Mr. Gonzalez, who was quite cordial, but with his service manager. It took Mr. Gonzalez three rounds of negotiations with the service manager before the manager finally agreed to “discount” the price to match the dealership’s own coupon. If the dealership doesn’t intend to honor its own coupons, then they should not be issuing them in the first place. The irony is that I intended to order custom seat covers from your parts department when the oil change was over, but the hassle over the coupon made me reconsider. So the dealership lost a $300 parts sale because the service department tried to squeeze me for an extra $20.

I went for an oil change and Jesus Jimenez was my edviser but he was very rooted and he tried to charge me 200 dollars just to check my car and I told him no only want an oil change I feel that he wanted to rip me off but they gave me the car back I took the car home but I see the on the dust board that light was maintenance required like they never did any thing to the car very unprofessional I have doing services with Toyota for25 years and tha never happens to me before my name is Rafael P

Robert was incredibly helpful and offered me various options to help get the car serviced based on what I could afford. There was pressure at all for unnecessary work, which is something I really appreciate. The entire Service Department staff was friendly, particularly Brian the Shuttle Driver, who was very accommodating despite the heavy traffic. I’ll definitely be returning for future service needs.
