You took advance of my wife in the pre service . If I'd known it was going to $300 for and oil change and and couple of filters i would've left. Washer fluid concentrate is bs. I can buy a gallon for a dollar. I won't be back unless I need major repair that's covered under my extended warranty

Roberto was excellent. I felt confident and very well taken care of. My car was looked at immediately and I was very well pleased with communication and the customer service provided. Couldn’t have been taken care of better in any way. He did everything right and helped me be at ease with my car situation.

You need to ask if customers would like a car wash like Findlay does. Also need more than one person checking in on a busy Saturday morning.
