Jorge is the best, hands down. I had to get service this summer in another region and, no disrespect to that team, but Jorge is so much better at making the experience personal yet professional, with excellent communication and genuine honesty. I will drive two hours to see him (which I just did this week). Please honor him for his good quality service.

I was satisfied with the service done to my vehicle. However, when I was there to pick up my car, the lady at the register was not very accommodating and was having an attitude. Customer service is top priority especially in that kind of job. It also took a while for the vehicle to be ready eventhough everything was already settled, I already saw my car outside even if I havent paid yet, I dont know what took so long to give the key. I suppose it shouldn’t take that long.

Very thankful for Sergio for going above and beyond to help resolve a 3-month outstanding request (left by the previous service consultant). Really felt that Sergio demonstrated outstanding service for quickly handling the situation within minutes, I would definitely like to have him as my permanent service advisor!

Hi Eddie, I brought my car in on Monday for the side view mirror and door weather strip. It's now going on 5 days and I have not had my car returned. The only way that I heard anything about the car's status was because I called repeatedly to get hold of Mark who finally answered and said the part is being ordered -- that was yesterday. This again, for a car that I had to bring in twice in the first week after purchase that is Lexus Certified. I'm trying to handle between us, but I don't feel that I'm being taken seriously or any respect in the way business is being done. Please contact me with a resolution.

The process of supporting customers during service visits, loaner pick-up, and check-out was not well established or streamlined. Upon arrival, there was no clear system for determining who would be assisted first, and no designated representative to approach. Despite having an appointment, I waited over an hour for a loaner vehicle. I recommend improving this process by ensuring loaners are available and ready within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, and only allowing customers to arrive within designated appointment slots if availability is confirmed. When leaving with my loaner, I encountered confusion as another representative approached me, requesting the return of the vehicle I had just been given. I had to explain my situation three times before it was understood. To improve efficiency, consider clearing the service drive area promptly to maintain a clear path and better distinguish vehicles being serviced, returned, or checked out. Regarding check-out, while the paperwork and key return process were smooth, the parking area remained crowded with cars blocking every aisle. Additionally, no designated representative was available to fully assist with check-out, and they were not occupied with other customers at the time. Would rate 2.5/5, will not be returning to this location. Expected much more from Lexus dealership.

Tony is excellent in every way. He communicates clearly and timely. He expertly addresses any questions and concerns, ensuring the customer that they are in the best hands. I couldn’t be happier with my service and have been servicing my car with Lexus of Glendale since I purchase it in 2013. Won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Tony, and to the team!
