Your service dept always does a great job of helping customers when its time for servicing but this time a sensor light came on before the date. Jorge assisted and got issue corrected and one other problem critical to maintaining my car in good running condition.

I was satisfied with the service, but as I was coming home from the dealer, I had a tire pressure orange light. I thought tire pressure was checked while I had my car service, but I guess not. I also loved the service from Helen, the salesperson as I was inquiring about a car. She was very thorough and detailed.

I really appreciated the service I received during my appointment. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and my experience went great. I live near another Lexus dealership, but never mind traveling a bit to receive excellent service from staff. Marco was great!
