The wrong tire on my car was replaced—instead of changing the tire that had been patched, one of my other tires was replaced. When I went back in the following day to have the patched tire replaced with my original tire that had been removed, I was advised that they had found a tire that was “6 months newer” than my original tire. However, the tread looked slightly more worn than my other two original tires even though I was told the tread was the same. I was also told there was no warranty on this tire that wasn’t my original tire. I was scheduled to drive back to San Diego after my
Initial visit so I had to change my plans due to this mix up. I was hoping the dealership would do something to acknowledge the inconvenience this caused me such as giving me a discount on the first tire I paid for or giving me a new tire when they weren’t able to find my original tire that they had mistakenly removed. Overall, I’m disappointed in the service I received, especially since all my other service visits have been great.
I had an excellent experience with Mark Mejia at Lexus. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain the service process, kept me updated throughout, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. A service person came to me as I arrived, we took care of paper work, I went inside and waited about 15 minutes. I received a little training on my loner car and off I went. That afternoon I receives a call that my car was ready, I was very surprised it was ready so quickly! I went inside and waited about 10 minutes and my car was ready! Cleaned and gassed up!!

I have been leasing cars from Lexus of Glendale for the past 18 years. I have always been extremely pleased with the Service Department. The staff is very professional and always delivers outstanding service!
This time took care of in for oil change had 115 appt. Got there a couple minutes late about 30 minutes later service agent asked why I was here for I replied oil change then he asked will you be waiting here or taking a ride share I replied I requested a loaner which he replied “ FOR AN OIL CHANGE WHY? WOULD YOU NEED A LOANER” I simply replied I have work to do then he stated this is the only dealer that has loaners for this but today we had a meeting & were phasing that out keeping loaners for people that really need it. Then he was bragging that he had 30 years experience in the industry & he said other stuff not sure if he was having a bad day but he shouldn’t bad mouth other previous agents. Lastly he never introduced himself took me cashier area for loaner gave me beeper thing just left I don’t want to be contacted just wanted to express what happened
Got call to pick up on 2:30 and was at cashier on 3:00 PM After payment wait more then an hour for key, didn't got it, on my demand lady went to check coming back announced your car is on parking lot. I’ve found the car on reception line, with running engine. The fuse for windshield sprinkle motor was not replaced in spite of laboring charge $75.36. The new mileage sticker is without mile limits.

Mark was wonderful. Came in just for some routine fixes and he was easy to work with and exceedingly helpful. Cannot recommend his service enough.
Danny is the consumate professional. He is kind, patient, understanding and an affective communicator. I new right away that he takes his job very seriously and wants to have good customer outcomes. Danny is by far is the best Service Advisor that I ever encountered. You need to clone this guy!!!
