Yes. I’m hoping this is a good client-service advisor relationship. Tony went through my car record thoroughly. We have a plan for new tires. Tony was clear and tried to address a problem I have with intermittent door locking. I appreciated his openness and clarity — Mitch made me feel that i needed to only be positive (“take care of me and I’ll take care of you.”).
Tony also introduced me to Lara who worked to give me a GREAT deal on a trade in. Ultimately I would have had to trade in yesterday and I felt that I needed more time. My car is 5 years old but has only 28,000 miles.
Tony listened to my interest in a larger car and even got me a loaner in the model I was considering.

Good afternoon i would like to inform Lexus with not being satisfied with my service . I’ve noticed my coolent hasn’t been refilled within the last couple months I’ve informed a worker when I’ve gone & on the recipe it shows that all fluid has been refilled didn’t want to make it a major deal just would appreciate my service being done thank you
Overall completely satisfied. But, I was expecting to get my TX early the next day but the job was not done the previous day.
The service advisor left a voicemail saying the car was ready for pickup and also sent a link to recommended additional service. We were not informed exactly what work was completed based on estimate and how serious or urgent it was to complete the recommended services. It took several phone calls to finally find someone who assist. The service advisor called the next day to explain the recommended services.

I had a flat tire I was so impressed with the level of care by the entire service team. This could have been a bad day but it wasn’t. I didn’t have my purse on me to rent a car and the Lyft home until my car was ready was so nice. Thank you to the entire Glendale service team.
