Jorge again communicated well, and went above and beyond for me. He knew after spending $8k a few weeks back, I was NOT thrilled to be having lights going off.

One of the issues I came in for was not properly addressed, even though I was assured by my service advisor that it was corrected. This is specific to my trunk lid still making loud noises when closing. Now, I will have to come back in for service again to further assess this issue with my vehicle. I’m not satisfied with the service I received.

Honestly I wasn’t happy with the Lexus Glendale service until this time…
I had bad experience when I purchased this car and annual maintenance also made me so irritated each time.
