Danny gave one of the best quality customer service I’ve ever had in a long time. He assisted me with patience and sincerity. He cared a lot just but investing his time to call a mechanic to drive with me to better hear the noise issues I was having with my car. I would definitely come back to Lexus of Glendale just because of Danny!

Danny is a warm courteous patient person. During the course of problem solving, we came across the unexpected issues since my vehicle is very much dated. He is always very patient in communicating with me regarding issues. I can imagine that he must have carried same kind of approach dealing with technical personnel, and of course his superiors. He has made a very challenging problem for me, become acceptable. He will definitely be a growing asset for Lexus since he is still a young fellow. Thank you!
