To speak quite frankly I considered Lexus of Glendale a credible source to do business with. Based upon that I entered into an agreement to purchase a vehicle. I was presented with a impeccable history and fax report plus in-house inspection report. Based upon all that I trusted that I was making a good and above the table purchase. However, having a machanical background I find that the vehicle I purchased had issues probably even before it was received at dealership furthermore I find it differcult for it to have passed inspection at your dealership without the issues of major oil leaks and cylinder misfire being undetected or unaddressed. As far as my overall satisfaction we are still in pursuit of addressing issues with the vehicle so I cannot speak on my satisfaction at this time. However, I remain positive that Lexus of Glendale will address the issues at hand an present a vehicle worthy of its purchase.

My service advisor was amazing.. I explained an experience I had in March with my RX and getting the suv back with a Cracked windshield. I asked that they take extra care when washing my es today. I assumed he would have notified the service manager as I messaged Sergio in March and never got a call back. I filled out another survey after that… still no call back. To be honest … now with the oil changes starting at $190.00 in Glendale, I’ll more than likely start going to Longo since they only charge $139 and typically have a $25 coupon… I’m really disappointed with Lexus of Glendale service dept management.
