Waited 45 min for loaner car, service took longer than estimated

It was suppose to be a quick and simple Xzilon service. I was told it would only a tan a couple hours so it was estimated to be finished in the afternoon. The rep told me he would give me a call when it’s finished. I waited til 5pm and still no words I decided to call and was told the return for the loaner is close so it would’ve been better to call back the next day around 9am. I had to adjust my schedule according to the expected time frame. The next day, I tried calling in and no one picked up. Tried a few more times throughout the day and finally got someone on the phone at around the afternoon. The person that answered my call had no idea if my car was ready or not. I had to stop by not knowing if it was ready or not to investigate. Apparently it’s been ready all this time. Terrible communication by the service department team

I service consultant was Danny Mata August 02 at Lexus Glendale. My car is a NX300 hybrid. I was with my wife and told him that I do not want to have cabin air filter which can be done in 2 minutes max. But my wife was complaining that she can not close the cabin drawer after checking the drawer the cabin cover was not installed properly. Only I told them not to I fixed it I was charged $56 plus labor . Please if this thing will happen again I will return the car and take it back and ask my money.

Great service, especially the guys who helped me problem solve my issues with my Iphone 16, since it wasn’t properly synching with my Lexus sound system. They were so patient and polite and helpful! Thanks so much for understanding that I needed help and for just working the issue out for me. Was the one with the Leuxs 250H.
the car has problems with energy consumption. This leads to errors in the software, problems with screens, gear shifting, problems with the car's security systems. This worries me. These problems are not the first time, but the service cannot detect them
