I am always very pleased with the level of service I receive at Lexus Glendale. I LOVE my car and the location of the dealership is so convenient to where I live. WHen I need routine maintenance I just drop it off on Saturday morning, take a loaner to the gym down the street, and return the loaner when I'm done working out because my car is also done with maintenance. Thank you so much for what you all do

Appreciate the communication and the smooth process! The only critique I have is that the new tires I got were dirty / had some sort of residue on them.
My front right tire was replaced, the oil.was added and the car was washed within 3 hours. All is well so far. Thank you.
Argenis was very prompt and astute. He made sure I was there for the correct services, explained me the expected time line as well as options for courtesy vehicle in the meantime. He even took into consideration that I had a baby in the car and made accommodations to make things easier for me and my baby. He’s knowledgeable and caring - the best combination I can ask for in an associate.
The service was great but the car was delivered unwashed. The reps tried to make it right but that misstep caused delays with my job.

Very pleased with the service, a bit disappointed that the battery only lasted 1.5 years and cost me a day.
