He called me back. He had the vehicle done washed clean ready to go. I felt like I was one of his family. I know the economy is going to **** so you will eventually want to take things away or make the quality of things you do worse but please dont. Great communication, was clear and transparent about what services my car needed based on severity of the issues and let me know what services to keep in mind along with pricing for the next time I bring my car in. This is really helpful for budgeting for how much I might need to spend next time. I’d called two other Lexus service centers receiving the same quote from both for the 90k service which he was willing to price match. As a loyal customer, I really appreciated that.
