Sean was awesome! It was also great to see him onboarding and training a new hire as well. He did an incredible job of explaining everything that needed to be done on my car, the best way to go about doing it, and broke everything down into bite-sized lessons for his trainee. Sean is a shining example of Lexus customer service and expertise.

In the past when getting a loaner, I’ve always had my insurance company email a Verification of Insurance and it’s been accepted by the cashier. However, after the cashier received it this time, she said that although the Verification of Insurance had everything she needed, she wanted to see an insurance card and insisted that I provide one even though it contains less information than the Verification of Insurance. Since I don’t carry a card, the transaction was delayed an additional 5 minutes while I looked up the card online, provided a screenshot, and emailed it before she proceeded. It seemed like an unnecessary delay based upon her personal preference and not out of necessity.

The only thing that i was not happy about was that my dashcam unit was disconnected for whatever reason and it was not reconnected before i picked up my car.

Communication was lacking. Tech didnt get back to me for days. I had no updates on when the part was arriving. I had to go through the manufacturer to finally get a call from the manager.
