I believe your management is already aware of the situation. I will say, that communication internally between your various departments is nonexistent and does not serve the customer at all. This is an area where significant improvement would go along way.

The service man said it would take 4 or 5 hours but it only took 3 and1/2 hours.
Received text my car was ready and still waited for it to be out of wash.
Wash job was terrible, streaks and hard water spots all over my vehicle. Had to take it and pay to have it washed.
They explain anything you have , and also great customer service !! ????????
